A vanilla flavouring paste containing ground vanilla pods, giving the characteristic dark specks to vanilla ice cream, creams, mousses, semifreddi and desserts.
How to use
Use approximately 25–30 g per litre of white or yellow milk-based mix. Stir thoroughly to distribute the ground vanilla pods evenly.
Ingredients
Sugar, glucose syrup, water, flavourings, salt, ground vanilla pods, thickeners: agar-agar and pectin; vanilla extract 0.1%.
Allergens
May contain soya, milk, eggs, walnuts and pistachios.
Storage
Store in the original packaging in a cool, dry place.
