Mint Ice Cream Paste - Made in Italy product

TheMint Ice Cream Paste is a semi-finished gelatinous paste, dark emerald green in color and with an intense characteristic flavour/smell. It is suitable for the preparation of typical mint flavored ice creams, and is also excellent for the preparation of granitas.

Ingredients: Syrup (sugar, water), glucose syrup, starch, safflower extract, acidifier: citric acid; flavourings, stabilizer: pectins;
dyes: E101i, E131. May contain: pecans, soy, milk, eggs, almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, cashews, pistachios, peanuts.

Gluten Free and Made in Italy.

How to use: 40-60 g of product per liter of milk-based mixture or water for a more thirst-quenching ice cream. Mix well before use.

The Recipe for making Mint Ice Cream:

  • 100 g of Ice Cream Base.
  • 230/250 granulated sugar (in the dosage 10/15% dextrose or glucose as an antifreeze, avoiding crystallisation).
  • 900 liters of whole milk.
  • 80 g of Whole Milk Powder.
  • 40/60 g of Mint Ice Cream Paste.
