Gluten-Free Vegan Fig Ice Cream Paste 200 g

A ready-to-use fig preparation containing slices of Italian fig pulp in caramel-coloured syrup, for ice cream, semifreddi, mousses and chilled desserts. Gluten-free, without colourings, with natural flavourings and suitable for vegan recipes. Pairs with chocolate, nuts, mascarpone or ricotta, depending on the recipe.

How to use

Stir well and use according to your recipe. For some semifreddi, lightly drain before use.

Ingredients

Caramelised sugar, dried figs, glucose syrup, water, sugar, natural flavourings, preservative: SULPHUR DIOXIDE as a residue in the figs.

Allergens

Contains sulphur dioxide as a residue in the figs. May contain pecans, soya, milk, eggs, almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, cashews, pistachios and peanuts.

Storage

Store in the original packaging in a cool, dry place.
