A creamy fiordilatte paste with a pale straw-beige colour, for giving a neutral white ice cream base a fuller milk and cream flavour.
How to use
Use 30–60 g per litre of white base mix before churning. Add cold to the prepared mix or during pasteurisation. Adjust the amount to the desired flavour intensity.
Ingredients
Sugar and water syrup, glucose syrup, skimmed MILK powder, flavourings, CREAM powder, stabiliser: pectins.
Allergens
Contains milk and cream. May contain pecans, soya, eggs, almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, cashews, pistachios and peanuts.
Storage
Store in the original sealed container in a cool, dry place.
