A ready-to-use vanilla flavouring paste for ice cream, creams, desserts and pastry fillings. The paste itself is red-orange in colour.
How to use
For ice cream, use 35 g of paste with 1 kg of milk-based mix, 130 g of cream and 25 g of dextrose. Follow the product directions when adapting it to pastry recipes.
Ingredients and allergens
Sugar, water, glucose syrup, salt, flavouring, E1422, thickener: E407; colours: E102, E129. E129 and E102 may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.
May contain traces of milk and milk products, egg, cereals containing gluten, nuts and soya.
Storage
Store in the original packaging in a cool, dry place, away from heat.
