Orange Paste - Professional Product Made in Italy
Orange Paste is a paste characterized by a strong flavour, ideal for orange-flavoured ice creams, granitas and ice lollies.
In addition to making ice cream, it is also suitable for filling and variegating semifreddos and cakes.
Gluten free.
Ingredients: Syrup (sugar, water), glucose syrup, orange juice, flavourings, colourings: E120, E160e, paprika extract; stabilizer:
pectin; safflower extract.
How to use: 80-100 g of product per liter of fruit base mixture. In variable doses as a supplement with fresh orange juice. Mix before use.
Storage: The product must be stored in the original sealed container and in a cool, dry place.
