Gluten-free spreadable hazelnut cream in a very convenient glass jar in a 200g pack. Ideal for filling cakes, with a typical and delicate white hazelnut flavour.

It is a ready-to-use spreadable cream of the highest Italian quality, with a delicate taste, a soft consistency and ideal for all filling and decoration uses, for filling croissants and desserts of all kinds; also excellent in the culinary field!

It is also suitable for all applications requiring high cooking resistance. When frozen, our hazelnut cream retains its characteristics unchanged.

Furthermore, Hazelnut Cream is excellent for use as a flavoring for custards and cream and in the preparation of semifreddos, mousses and bavarois.

Ingredients: Vegetable oils (sunflower, palm), sugar, HAZELNUTS (12%), skimmed MILK powder, MILK whey powder, LACTOSE, emulsifier lecithin (SOY), flavourings. The product may contain traces of other nuts.

Packaging: 200g in glass jar.
