Gluten-Free Biscuit and Tropical Fruit Cream 500 g

A ready-to-use, gluten-free cream with biscuit pieces and dried tropical fruit granules, combining banana, pineapple, passion fruit and mango notes. For spreading, filling and finishing cakes, tarts, biscuits and spoon desserts; suitable for preparations intended for freezing according to the product directions.

Ingredients

Vegetable fat (palm, sunflower), sugar, skimmed MILK powder, whole MILK powder, LACTOSE, biscuit pieces 4% (rice flour, cocoa butter, sugar, maize starch, coconut oil, glucose syrup, natural caramel, raising agent: sodium hydrogen carbonate; salt), MILK whey powder, dried tropical fruit granules 2% (glucose syrup, banana purée, pineapple shavings, passion fruit juice concentrate, mango purée concentrate), dried concentrated passion fruit juice, dried concentrated mango juice, emulsifier: SOYA lecithin; acid: citric acid; flavourings, colours: paprika extract and beta-carotene.

Allergens

Contains milk, lactose and soya. May contain traces of nuts.

Store in the original packaging in a cool, dry place. Do not refrigerate.
