Fiordilatte Pasta - Professional Product Made in Italy

Pasta Fiordilatte allows you to give the ice cream an intense cream-milk flavour, which varies depending on the dose used and the basic mix used.

It is therefore recommended to use it in all cases where you want to customize the flavor of variegated products (e.g. Stracciatella, Amarena, etc.) or other flavors such as Pannacotta, White Chocolate, etc., starting from a milk-based mixture with a neutral.

Product Description:

Appearance: Creamy paste, straw yellow/beige in colour.

Features: It is a particularly interesting product for all those ice cream makers who prefer to prepare a single neutral milk-based mixture, for all tastes, with which they can also easily obtain an excellent milk-cream flavor for the Fiordilatte flavor and for the variegated ones.

The addition of Fiordilatte Paste before freezing allows the ice cream to have an intense cream-milk flavour, which varies depending on the dose used and the basic mix used.

Ingredients:Syrup (sugar, water), glucose syrup, skimmed milk powder, flavourings, cream powder, stabilizer: pectins.
May contain: PECANS, SOYA, EGGS, ALMONDS, HAZELNUTS, WALNUTS, CASHEWS, PISTACHIOS, PEANUTS.

How to use: 30-60 g of product per liter of white base mix. The product must be added cold to the previously prepared white base mixture, or to the mixture being pasteurized.

Storage: The product must be stored in the original sealed container and in a cool, dry place.
