Spreadable Almond Cream
Gluten-free spreadable almond cream in a very convenient glass jar in a 200g pack. Ideal for filling cakes, with a typical and delicate almond flavour.
It is a ready-to-use spreadable cream of the highest Italian quality, with a delicate taste, a soft consistency and ideal for all filling and decoration uses, for filling croissants and desserts of all kinds; also excellent in the culinary field!
It is also suitable for all applications requiring high cooking resistance. When frozen, our almond cream retains its characteristics unchanged.
Furthermore, it is excellent for use as a flavoring for custards and creams and in the preparation of semifreddos, mousses and bavarois.
Gluten-free product.
Ingredients: Sugar, vegetable oil (palm, sunflower), LACTOSE, ALMONDS (16%), skimmed MILK powder, emulsifier lecithin (SOYA), flavourings. The product may contain other nuts.
Packaging: 200g in glass jar.
Store in a cool, dry place. Example in the pantry. Do not store in the fridge.
