Instant Custard extremely simple to use. It allows the preparation of creams even without using a planetary mixer: it is in fact sufficient to mix the milk and the product vigorously with a whisk and approximately after 2-3 minutes the cream reaches a consistency suitable for the various uses of pastry. After about another 30 minutes the cream reaches maximum compactness!
The creams will have a smooth and velvety structure and a delicate pleasant slightly vanilla cream flavour.
This cream is characterized by various customization possibilities. The neutral flavor allows for flavoring according to the individual user's preferences (lemon zest, citrus note, rum, etc.)
The basic recipe (1 liter of milk with 300 g of product) can be customized, for example by replacing part of the milk with cream and flavoring the cream with various cream pastes (Yellow Cream, Vanilla, Zabaglione, etc.).
TIP: The creams obtained should be stored in the refrigerator. To regain the consistency of the freshly prepared product, after storing it in the refrigerator, whisk the cream vigorously.
