Natural Gluten-Free Mango Paste

A natural mango flavouring paste for ice cream, sorbets, granita and fruit desserts. Gluten-free and suitable for vegan recipes. Can be used to complement fresh or frozen mango pulp.

How to use

Use 80–100 g per litre of fruit base mix made with water or a combination of water and milk. Adjust when combining with fruit. Stir before use.

Ingredients

Sugar, glucose syrup, mango, water, natural flavourings, acid: citric acid; safflower extract, stabiliser: pectins; colour: paprika extract.

Allergens

May contain pecans, soya, milk, eggs, almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, cashews, pistachios and peanuts.

Storage

Store in the original container in a cool, dry place away from heat.
