Natural Banana Ice Cream Paste 200 g

A yellow, gel-textured banana paste with natural flavourings, for fruit ice cream, sorbets and granita. Use alone in the mix or to complement fresh or frozen banana.

How to use

Use 80–100 g per litre of fruit base mix for sorbet or milk-based mix for creamy ice cream. Adjust when adding banana pulp. Stir before use.

Ingredients

Sugar, glucose syrup, water, banana, natural flavourings, acid: citric acid; stabiliser: pectins; colour: riboflavin.

Allergens

May contain soya, milk, eggs, almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, cashews, pistachios and peanuts.

Storage

Store in the original packaging in a cool, dry place.
