A gluten-free strawberry flavouring paste made in Italy, with a gel texture and strawberry-red colour, for ice cream and granita. It can also complement fresh or frozen fruit.
How to use
Use 80–100 g per litre of base mix. Adjust when combining with fruit. Stir well before use.
Ingredients
Strawberries, sugar, glucose syrup, acid: citric acid; flavourings, colours: E150a, E129; stabiliser: pectins. E129 may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.
Allergens
May contain pecans, soya, milk, eggs, almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, cashews, pistachios and peanuts.
Storage
Store in the original container in a cool, dry place, away from heat.
