Characteristics.
It is a semi-finished powder product, ready to use, easy and quick to use which allows the preparation of fiordilatte flavored ice creams both in automatic espresso machines ("soft ice cream") and in batch freezers.
It gives the final product an intense fiordilatte flavor and guarantees a structure in creamed ice creams that remains creamy over time. Soft ice creams are fresh, creamy and light, with a full flavour, with extremely simple processing.

Sugar, fully hydrogenated vegetable fats (coconut), dehydrated glucose syrup, skimmed MILK powder, dextrose, emulsifiers: E471, E472b; MILK proteins, stabilizers: E464, E417; aromas.
May contain: SOY, EGGS, ALMONDS, HAZELNUTS, WALNUTS, CASHEWS, PISTACHIOS.

Indicative dose of use and instructions for use.
Average dosage: 380 g of product per liter of milk. We recommend using 1 sachet with 3 liters of milk.
For an ice cream with a more intense cream flavour, it is recommended to replace part of the milk (e.g. 50-100 g/l) with cream.

Cold processing: for the preparation of creamed ice creams, it is recommended to let the mixture mature for about 30 minutes;
Hot processing: in a pasteurizer with a dosage of 350-380 g per liter of milk.

Conservation.
The product must be stored in the original sealed container and in a cool, dry place.
