Characteristics of Mortarella hazelnut paste

The semi-finished hazelnut product is characterized by a medium roasting which gives desserts or ice cream an intense hazelnut flavor.
Thanks to a particular production process, the separation between the oily and solid fractions is slowed down and the paste remains homogeneous and creamy for a long time. The mortarella hazelnut is a very particular variety of fruit: small and with a very thin shell, very light in color with darker veins, it has a flattened shape in the lower part.
