Italian hazelnut flour, Mortarella Campana quality. The product is obtained from whole hazelnuts and scrap, roasted in the oven, 95% peeled. The product is yellow in colour, free of stains, dry, clean, free from foreign odors or flavours.
It is obtained from the grinding of one of the best Italian hazelnut cultivars of the "Mortarella" Campania variety.

Ingredients: 100% hazelnuts, gluten-free.
