Mandarinetto Isolabella Topping Sauce has a good content of mandarin juice which gives it the characteristic fresh Mediterranean flavor of mandarin, the basis of the famous Mandarinetto Isolabella liqueur.
Topping sauce with the right level of fluidity, ideal for decorating and variegating ice cream cups and cones, but also for semifreddos and mousses.
Used in combination with fruit jelly, it allows the preparation of mirror-like garnishes that are particularly inviting in color and flavour.
