Lactose-free spreadable Caramel Cream, gluten-free, in a very convenient glass jar in a 200g pack. Ideal for filling cakes, with a typical and delicate toffee flavour.
It is a ready-to-use spreadable cream of the highest Italian quality, with a delicate taste, a soft consistency and ideal for all filling and decoration uses, for filling croissants and desserts of all kinds; also excellent in the culinary field!
It is also suitable for all applications requiring high cooking resistance. When frozen, our toffee cream retains its characteristics unchanged.
Furthermore, it is excellent for use as a flavoring for custards and creams and in the preparation of semifreddos, mousses and bavarois.
Lactose and gluten free product.
Ingredients: Sugar, vegetable oil (safflower, sunflower, palm), HAZELNUTS, SOYA flour, caramelized sugar, emulsifier: lecithin >SOY, flavourings. Gluten-free and lactose-free.
Packaging: 200g in glass jar.
