Lactose-Free Hazelnut and Cocoa Cream 200 g

A smooth, ready-to-use gianduia-style hazelnut and cocoa spread with 12% hazelnuts and 8% low-fat cocoa. Lactose-free, milk-free and gluten-free as stated in the source. For breakfasts, snacks, cakes, tarts, brioche, croissants, doughnuts, crêpes, pancakes, biscuits and desserts. Supplied in a 200 g glass jar.

How to use

Use directly as a spread or filling, including applications requiring baking resistance. Suitable for freezing and for flavouring custard, cream, semifreddi, mousses and Bavarian creams, according to your recipe.
