Neutral for Ice Cream for cream ice creams and fruit with excellent thickening, stabilizing and emulsifying properties. It is also suitable for the preparation of both cold and hot fruit base mixtures with low pasteurization (60° C).

Appearance: Fine, free-flowing powder, ivory white in colour, practically tasteless and odorless
Ingredients: Stabilisers: E466, E412, E410; emulsifier: E471; glucose syrup, dextrose, flavourings. May contain: SOY, MILK, EGGS, ALMONDS, HAZELNUTS, WALNUTS, CASHEWS, PISTACHIOS.
How to use: Dose of use: 6 ‰ hot per liter of milk/water. For fruit-based blends, low pasteurization at 65°C is recommended.
Storage: The product must be stored in the original sealed container and in a cool, dry place.
