Creamy Fruit Ice Cream Base

Base for Creamy Fruit Ice Creams is a semi-finished powder designed for the cold preparation of base mixes with a neutral flavor and therefore particularly suitable for fruit ice creams, with a particularly very creamy structure, with good volume increase and excellent conservation. In fact, it guarantees spreadability and stability over time.

It does not contain milk or milk derivatives. The neutral flavor enhances the added flavors, especially fresh fruit.

Appearance: White, odorless and neutral-tasting free-flowing powder, with excellent cold solubility.

Ingredients: Glucose syrup, dextrose, refined vegetable fats (coconut), vegetable fiber (oligofructose), maltodextrins, stabilizers: E417, E464; emulsifiers: E472b, E477; acidifier: citric acid; vegetable proteins (pea, SOY). May contain: MILK, EGGS, ALMONDS, HAZELNUTS, WALNUTS, CASHEWS, PISTACHIOS.

How to use: 100 g of product per liter of water.
For cold processing: 1 liter of water, 250-270 g of total sugars, 100 g of product. It is recommended to let the mixture mature for about 30 minutes.
For hot processing: 1 liter of water, 260-280 g of total sugars, 80-100 g of product. The product can also be used in a pasteurizer, with the "Low pasteurization" cycle at 65°C.

Storage: The product must be stored in the original sealed container and in a cool, dry place.
