Velvety Blue Spray Food Coloring

Light blue velvety food coloring spray based on cocoa butter with a velvety effect to be used on semifreddos and ice creams.

Certified NON-TOXIC. (Azo Free)

Instructions for use.

Shake well before use.

Spray a thin and homogeneous layer maintaining a distance of 25/30 cm from the surface.

Before use, leave the cylinder at 25°C for at least 2 hours.

Avoid excessive use of the product.

Leave the treated food to rest for at least 4 hours before consuming it.

Professional Colorant.

Ingredients: propellants (Butane E943a, Isobutane E943b, Propane E944), Cocoa Butter, Colorants: E133. Produced in a facility that uses soy lecithin.

PRECAUTIONS TO FOLLOW AFTER PURCHASING THE PRODUCT:

• Extremely flammable aerosol.
• Pressurized container: may burst if heated.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• Keep away from heat sources, hot surfaces, sparks, open flames, etc.
• Protect from sunlight.
• Do not expose to temperatures above 50°C.
