Premix for Ice (Premix Ice) is a powder preparation for ice of baked products.

Ideal for glazing of baked products and pastry garnishing.

Use and Application:

• Mix the preparation with the water in a planetary mixer and whip with a ball whisk.
• Apply to leavened desserts with bag and nozzle.

N.B.: The quantity of water determines a more or less soft ice to pour or spread. The ice is pleasantly crunchy after cooking.
