Mix for sponge cake and rolls simple to prepare, in a few minutes you will obtain a soft and tasty sponge cake, to be offered in various flavors ( cocoa, hazelnut, gianduia, etc.) and an extremely soft and flexible Dobus Roullè which is easily rolled up to create exquisite logs and rollés.

Characteristics.
The Mix for Sponge Cake and Roullè is a free-flowing white powder, practically odorless and tasteless.
Ingredients: Sugar, rice flour, CORN starch, potato starch, vegetable fiber (inulin), emulsifiers: E475, E433; raising agents: E450i, E500ii; stabilizers: E412, E466; salt, flavourings, colouring: E160a. May contain: milk, soy, eggs, almonds, hazelnuts, pistachios.
Storage: The product must be stored in the original container, in a cool, dry place. It will keep its original characteristics unaltered for at least 30 months from the date of production.
How to use.
Dosage for 2 sponge cakes with a diameter of 20 cm: 250g of product, 300g whole eggs, with the possibility of customizing with lemon peel and vanilla paste. Pour the mix into the mixer bowl and add the eggs, and any vanilla paste and lemon peel. Beat with the whisk for 8-10 minutes. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C for about 30 minutes.
For Dobus Roullè: 250g of product, 250g whole eggs, 50g water with the possibility of customization with vanilla paste. Pour the mix into the mixer bowl and add the eggs, water and vanilla paste. Beat with the whisk for 8-10 minutes. Spread the mixture with the spatula on a 60x40 cm baking tray covered with baking paper until it is approximately 0.5 cm thick. Cook in a preheated oven at 230°C for approximately 5-6 minutes.
