Sweetened Egg Yolk

50% sweetened egg yolk homogenized and pasteurized. Product obtained exclusively from shelling chicken eggs.

Use: the product can be used as is in pastry and ice cream preparations.

Ingredients: Chicken egg yolk (50%), sugar (50%). Pasteurized and homogenized chicken egg yolk, sweetened at 50%.

The product is not subjected to ionization.

1.25 kg of product corresponds to approximately 34 shelled egg yolks and 625 g of sugar.

Allergens present: chicken eggs. Produced in a facility where milk and derived products (including lactose) are processed.

Smell and taste: typical of fresh eggs.
Appearance: liquid.
Color: Light yellow to yellow.

Storage: at room temperature. Once opened, consume within 2 days; if stored between 0°C and +4°C consume within 20 days.
