Gluten-free spreadable vanilla cream in a very convenient glass jar in a 200g pack. Ideal for filling cakes, with a typical and delicate vanilla flavour.

It is a ready-to-use spreadable cream of the highest Italian quality, with a delicate taste, a soft consistency and ideal for all filling and decoration uses, for filling croissants and desserts of all kinds; also excellent in the culinary field!

It is also suitable for all applications requiring high cooking resistance. When frozen, our vanilla cream retains its characteristics unchanged.

Furthermore, it is excellent for use as a flavoring for custards and creams and in the preparation of semifreddos, mousses and bavarois.

Gluten-free product. CONTAINS MILK.

Ingredients: Water, sugar, glucose syrup, modified starch (corn), sweetened condensed skimmed MILK, cocoa butter, thickener: E461, salt, preservative: E202, correctors of acidity: tartaric acid (E334)- tribasic calcium phosphate (E341iii), colourants: beta carotene (E160a), flavourings, emulsifier E435.
