Is it quick and easy to do? The answer is yes, because there is a type of ice cream called "instant" which allows you to prepare ice cream quickly and easily with a simple home ice cream machine. It is a ready-to-use, easily soluble compound that simply needs to be combined with milk or water to obtain the desired result.

Instant fruit ice cream, the classic lemon sorbet

Let's start with the classics. Among them, one of the most popular and thirst-quenching flavors is certainly lemon ice cream, or rather lemon sorbet. Suitable for those who love strong and slightly sour flavours, you can make it with our instant lemon ice cream mix. Lemon sorbet is also used as an after-meal digestive. You can easily make it like this: mix 450 g of product with 1 liter of water. Very simple! For those who love stronger flavors and want to enjoy the more pungent and intense flavor of lemon in all its essence, it is possible to replace part of the water (for example 100 ml) with an equal quantity of lemon juice. Dissolve the contents of one sachet in 3 liters of water. Let the mixture rest for about 30 minutes, then stir. And voilà! Your sorbet is ready!
