A dark emerald-green, gel-textured mint paste with an intense, fresh flavour, for ice cream, granita, custard and desserts. Gluten-free and made in Italy.
How to use
Use 40–60 g per litre of milk-based mix, or add to a water-based mix according to your recipe. Stir thoroughly before use.
Ingredients
Sugar and water syrup, glucose syrup, starch, safflower extract, acid: citric acid; flavourings, stabiliser: pectins; colours: E101i, E131.
Allergens
May contain pecans, soya, milk, eggs, almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, cashews, pistachios and peanuts.
