Artisan panettone by Dolciaria Fiorillo × Dolcincasa
A soft artisan panettone with sweet glaze, accompanied by a separate 200 g jar of Dolcincasa yoghurt and forest berry cream. The cream is supplied separately, not already inside the dough. Add it to each slice when serving, using the included disposable piping bag.
Supplied in Christmas gift packaging.
The gluten-free claim applies to the accompanying cream, not to the panettone.
Panettone dough ingredients
Type 0 soft WHEAT flour, sugar, fructose, dried natural sourdough (WHEAT), emulsifier: E471; whole MILK powder, flavourings, salt, enzymes, flour treatment agent: E300; BUTTER, EGG yolk, granulated sugar, honey, baker’s yeast, salt, flavourings.
Accompanying cream ingredients
Sugar, water, glucose-fructose syrup, forest berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, redcurrants) 12%, sweetened condensed skimmed MILK, modified maize starch, YOGHURT powder 1.5%, acid: E270; preservatives: E200, E202; flavourings, colours: beta-carotene and E120. Gluten-free.
