A fluid, black liquorice paste with an intense aroma, for liquorice ice cream and granita. Gluten-free. It can be combined with mint paste for mint-liquorice ice cream.
How to use
Use 50–70 g per litre of milk-based mix. A mixture containing both water and milk can be used for a fresher profile. Stir before use.
Ingredients
Invert sugar syrup, liquorice extract, glucose syrup, flavourings, acid: citric acid.
Allergens
May contain pecans, soya, milk, eggs, almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, cashews, pistachios and peanuts.
Storage
Store in the original packaging in a cool, dry place.
