Natural Raspberry Ice Cream Paste

A raspberry paste with natural flavourings, for ice cream, sorbets, granita, semifreddi and fruit desserts. Suitable for complementing fresh or frozen fruit and for vegan recipes. Gluten-free.

How to use

Use 100 g per litre of water-based mix or a mixture of water and milk. Adjust when combining with fruit. For rippling, use neat according to your recipe.

Ingredients

Sugar, raspberries, glucose syrup, acid: citric acid; natural flavourings, elderberry, water, stabiliser: pectins.

Allergens

May contain soya, milk, eggs, almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, cashews, pistachios and peanuts.

Storage

Store in the original sealed container in a cool, dry place.
