Artisan Sicilian Almond Paste
Loaf of Sicilian Almond Paste produced in traditional high-end pastry shops in Southern Italy. Made with selected raw materials of the highest quality, such as Calibrated Sicilian Almonds.
Easy to use product, to make a tasty drink such as Almond Milk or an excellent Almond Granita typical of the regions of Southern Italy.
Ingredients: Avola almonds 35%, sugar 65%, flavourings.
How to use:
- Sicilian Almond Milk: 250 g of Sicilian Almond Paste, 1 liter of water
- Sicilian Almond Granite: 250 gof Sicilian Almond Paste, 1 liter of water, 100 g of sugar.
Optional: 50 g of whole milk and if you want to flavour, you can add some ground cinnamon as needed.
Storage: The product should be stored in a cool, dry place.
