The Scroky paste is a mix between a soft cream, scented with a high content of hazelnuts and a note of milk chocolate and a good content of crispy grains strong> with a captivating flavor based on cereals (rice, wheat and oat flakes) and almonds. It is irresistible for variegating many flavours, in particular hazelnut, white chocolate, fiordilatte, cream, vanilla and cheesecake.
It remains soft and crunchy even at negative temperatures and is therefore also excellent for filling ice cream cakes, semifreddos and mousses in trays.
Appearance: light brown semi-fluid paste, with an intense aroma of hazelnut and cocoa, with an abundant content of crunchy cereals.
