Strawberry Paste for Ice Cream - Professional Product Made in Italy

Strawberry Paste is a semi-finished paste suitable for the preparation of strawberry flavored ice cream. Also excellent for preparing granitas. It is a gelatinous paste with a strawberry red color and a typical strawberry smell and flavour.

Suitable for domestic and professional use, Made in Italy.

Ingredients: Strawberries, sugar, glucose syrup, acidifier: citric acid; flavourings, colourings: E150a, E129; stabilizer: pectins. May contain: pecans, soy, milk, eggs, almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, cashews, pistachios, peanuts. Gluten-free.

How to use: 80-100 g of product per liter of base mix. In variable doses as a fresh and/or frozen fruit supplement. Mix well before use.

Storage: the product must be stored in the original container, in a cool, dry place, away from heat sources.
