Characteristics.
The Mix for Muffins and Cupcakes is a free-flowing white powder, practically odorless and tasteless.
Ingredients: Sugar, rice flour, CORN starch, humectant: E420; emulsifiers: E475, E433; raising agents: E450i, E500ii; stabilizers: E412, E466; flavourings, salt, acidity regulator: E575. May contain: milk, soy, eggs, almonds, hazelnuts, pistachios.
Storage: The product must be stored in the original container, in a cool, dry place. It will keep its original characteristics unaltered for at least 30 months from the date of production.
How to use.
For muffins: 500 g of product with 150 g of seed oil and 250 g whole eggs. Pour the mix into the mixer bowl and add the oil and eggs. Mix with the leaf for about 3 minutes at medium speed, until the mixture is smooth and homogeneous. Fill the appropriate cups 3/4 full. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 25-30 minutes.
For plum cakes: 500 g of product with 150 g of softened butter or vegetable margarine and 250 g whole eggs. Follow the procedure for preparing the muffins.
