Gluten-free spreadable milk and cocoa cream in a very convenient glass jar in a 200g pack. Ideal for filling cakes, with the typical and delicate flavor of milk and cocoa!

It is a ready-to-use spreadable cream of the highest Italian quality, with a delicate taste, a soft consistency and ideal for all filling and decoration uses, for filling croissants and desserts of all kinds; also excellent in the culinary field!

It is also suitable for all applications requiring high cooking resistance. When frozen, our milk and cocoa cream retains its characteristics unchanged.

Furthermore, it is excellent for use as a flavoring for custards and creams and in the preparation of semifreddos, mousses and bavarois.

Gluten-free product.

Ingredients: Vegetable oils (sunflower, palm), sugar, MILK whole powder (12%), LACTOSE, MILK strong> skimmed
powder, low-fat cocoa powder (4%), emulsifier: lecithin (SOYA), flavourings. The product may contain nuts.

Packaging: 200g in glass jar.

Store in a cool, dry place. Example in the pantry. Do not store in the fridge.
