Crunchy Red Fruit Cream spreadablegluten-free in a very convenient glass jar in a 200g pack. Ideal for filling cakes, with a typical and delicate red fruit flavour.
It is a ready-to-use spreadable cream of the highest Italian quality, with a delicate taste, a soft consistency and ideal for all filling and decoration uses, for filling croissants and desserts of all kinds; also excellent in the culinary field!
It is also suitable for all applications requiring high cooking resistance. When frozen, our red fruit cream retains its characteristics unchanged.
Furthermore, it is excellent for use as a flavoring for custards and creams and in the preparation of semifreddos, mousses and bavarois.
Gluten-free product.
Ingredients: Vegetable fat (palm, sunflower), sugar, skimmed MILK powder, LACTOSE, MILK whey powder, dehydrated strawberry granules 3% (glucose syrup, strawberry 45%, sugar, tapioca starch), dehydrated raspberry granules 2% (raspberry 40%, sugar, CORN starch ), dehydrated raspberry juice, emulsifier: SOY lecithin, acidifier: citric acid, natural flavourings, antioxidant: rosemary extract. The product may contain traces of other nuts.
Packaging: 200g in glass jar.
