Blueberry Muffins

Procedure

Mix AMERICAN CAKE & MUFFIN with all the other ingredients in a planetary mixer with whisk. Kneading time: 5 min., medium speed Finally mix the dough with the blueberries and fill a piping bag. Pour 80 g of mixture into each cup, cover the surface with crumble decoration and bake.

STATIC OVEN - Cooking temperature: 195 °C Cooking time: approx. 40 min. FAN OVEN - Cooking temperature: 165 °C Cooking time: approx. 35 min.

  • AMERICAN CAKE & MUFFIN: 3.000g
  • Whole eggs: 1,100g
  • Sunflower oil: 1.050g
  • Water: 650g
  • Blueberries (frozen): 580g
  • Crumble decoration: to taste
