White Chocolate Ice Cream Paste
The White Chocolate Ice Cream Paste is characterized by a high content of selected cocoa butter, obtained by first pressure pressing the cocoa paste, and by a structure that remains sufficiently soft and workable even at temperatures lower than 20°. It is particularly suitable for the preparation of white chocolate flavored ice creams in which the cocoa butter note blends well with the milk note.
Appearance: Semi-solid paste, straw yellow in colour.
Indicative doses: 90-110 g of product per liter of white base mix. The White Chocolate flavor lends itself to various customizations: for example with the addition of White Chocolate Drops in layers or by variegating it in layers with the Hazelnut Topping Sauce .

of cocoa), lactose, whole milk powder, skimmed milk powder, emulsifier: lecithins (soya), flavourings. May contain: eggs, almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, cashews, pistachios, peanuts.
Gluten free.
Storage: The product must be stored in the original sealed container and in a cool, dry place.
