Cocoa Powder selected and balanced from different types of cocoa which gives the ice cream a full-bodied chocolate flavor with intense colour. Contains 20-22% cocoa butter. It has a typical aromatic scent and a bitter aftertaste characteristic of cocoa. The good solubility, the colour, the characteristic taste make it ideal for a successful ice cream. However, it is also excellent in artisanal pastry making.
It is a natural, gluten-free product, also ideal for vegans.

Ingredients: Cocoa powder. May contain: soy, milk, eggs, almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, cashews, pistachios.
How to use: 70-120 g of product per liter of milk-based mixture, white or yellow according to habits and/or needs.
Storage: The product must be stored in the original sealed container and in a cool, dry place.
