White Chocolate Cream

White Chocolate Cream ready to use with a soft and spreadable structure, ideal for post-oven filling of croissants, parcels, brioches, sponge cake, shortcrust tartlets, etc.

It is excellent for use as a flavoring for creams, creams, nougats and is also recommended in the preparation and variegation of ice creams.

Ingredients: Sugar, vegetable oils (sunflower, palm), whole milk powder, 10% white chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, milk whole milk powder), skimmed milk powder, lactose, emulsifier lecithin (soya), flavourings. The product may contain traces of nuts. Gluten-free.

Hazelnut Milk Cream

White hazelnut cream, ready to use suitable as a filling for cakes and fillings for croissants, parcels, brioches, krapfen, swiss-rolls and crêpes. It lends itself excellently to the preparation of pralines.

It can be used as a flavoring for custard, whipped cream, butter cream, mousse and bavarois. Furthermore, it can also be simply spread on biscuits, bread or enjoyed with a teaspoon.

Suitably mixed in equal parts with hot custard, it makes an excellent covering for profiteroles and for variegating various types of ice cream.

Ingredients: Vegetable oils (sunflower, palm), sugar, HAZELNUTS (12%), skimmed milk powder, milk whey powder, lactose, emulsifier lecithin (soya), flavourings. The product may contain traces of other nuts. Gluten-free.

Vanilla Cream

The Vanilla Cream is of the highest quality and ready to use, with a delicate taste, a soft and spreadable consistency, ideal for all filling and decoration uses. A professional product but also suitable for domestic use, suitable for all applications requiring high resistance to cooking. Even when frozen, our Vanilla Cream retains its characteristics unchanged.

Ingredients: Water, sugar, glucose syrup, modified starch, cocoa butter, thickener E461, salt, preservative: E202, acidity regulator: tartaric acid (E334), colourings: beta carotene (E160a) and E171, flavourings, emulsifier E435. Does not contain allergens.
