Ventaglio Gelato Waffles "Ventaglio Gelato" is a baked confectionery product. It is a fan-shaped wafer for decorating ice creams and desserts. Intended for normal human nutrition.

Millefeuille fan wafer, vanilla flavoured, with a hint of cocoa.

Ingredients.
Wheat flour (GLUTEN), sugar, caramelized sugar, glucose syrup, whole milk powder (MILK), coconut oil, egg yolk powder (EGG), emulsifier: soya lecithin (SOYA), whey sweet powder (MILK), salt, flavourings, low-fat cocoa powder 22/24%.

Packaging.
Pack of 100 pcs. Product packaged in a tinplate metal box, with food-grade paper separator sheets inside. The box is sealed externally with a heat-shrink film as a moisture barrier.

Dimensions: 9.5 cm.
Weight: 500 gr.

Conservation.

• Recommended storage temperature max 35 °C.
• Humidity affects the keeping quality.
• Store in a dry place, in its original packaging.
• Once the package has been opened, for better conservation, close the package perfectly.
• Fragile goods; handle packages with care. Avoid bumps and drops to the package.
• Do not overlap weights and/or heavy packages.
