Yellow Cream in Paste
Crema Gialla is a pasta with high content of pasteurized egg yolk, with excellent solubility even when cold. Ideal both for preparing ice creams with a typical custard flavor (by finely grating lemon zest), and for preparing or integrating yellow base mixtures.
It is also used to customize the flavor of some flavours, such as hazelnut, chocolate, gianduia: it is recommended to add it cold before freezing. The versatility of Yellow Cream makes it special for preparing various specialties, such as apple pie, etc.

Appearance: Dense fluid with a yellow-orange color and a characteristic flavor and odor of egg cream.
How to use:
1. For "custard" flavored ice cream: 60-80 g of product per liter of white or yellow milk base mix. The mixture can be customized by adding: egg yolk, cream, lemon peels, etc.
2. For yellow base mix for other flavours: 30-40 g of product per liter of white base mix.
3. To customize the flavor of some flavours: in variable quantities (approx. 20-40 g) in addition, before freezing, to hazelnut, chocolate, etc. mixtures.
4. In semifreddo: 50-100 g per liter to be added slowly to the already whipped semifreddo. Mix before use.
Ingredients: Syrup (sugar, water), glucose syrup, pasteurized egg yolk, skimmed milk powder, starch, flavourings, stabilizer: E466; dyes: riboflavin, beta-carotene. May contain: pecans, soy, almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, cashews, pistachios, peanuts.
Storage: The product must be stored in the original container, in a cool, dry place.
