Wild Berry Paste for ice cream and desserts

Wild Berry Pasta is a semi-finished product that stands out for its high content of whole wild berries. It guarantees flavour, fragrance and typical fruit appearance. Ideal not only for Berry flavored ice cream, but also for variegating various ice cream flavors (for example Yogurt) and for granitas.

Gluten free, Made in Italy.

Suitable for home and professional use.

Appearance: Gelatinous paste of intense red-purple colour, with whole berries.

Ingredients: Syrup (sugar, water), berries (blueberries, currants, raspberries); glucose syrup, acidifier: citric acid; elderberry, stabilizer:
pectins; aromas. May contain: pecans, soy, milk, eggs, almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, cashews, pistachios, peanuts.

How to use: For wild berry flavored ice cream: 170-200 g of product per liter of water-based mixture or part water and part milk. In variable doses such as
integration of fresh or frozen fruit. To variegate: the product should be used pure in variable doses. Mix well before use.

Storage: The product should be stored in the original packaging, in a cool, dry place.
