Mix for cream puffs and eclairs simple to prepare, in just a few minutes. It is a mix for baked goods for the preparation of crispy cream puffs that soften after filling and to create elegant éclairs.

Characteristics.

The Mix for Cream Puffs and Eclairs is a free-flowing white powder, practically odorless and tasteless.

Ingredients: CORN starch, rice flour, potato starch, sugar, salt. May contain: milk, eggs, soy, almonds, hazelnuts, pistachios.

Storage: The product must be stored in the original container, in a cool, dry place. It will keep its original characteristics unaltered for at least 30 months from the date of production.

How to use

Recommendations: 200 g of product with 190 g of butter or margarine, 250 g of water or milk, 6-8 whole eggs and a pinch of salt. Melt the butter or margarine with the salt in the water or milk over a low heat and bring to the boil. Add the mix. Cook, stirring constantly, until the mixture comes away from the sides of the pan. Pour into a basin. Add the eggs one at a time, working well before adding the next egg. Shape with a piping bag and a medium smooth nozzle onto baking trays lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 190° for about 20 minutes.
