Characteristics

Powdered egg white for pastries and semifreddos which allows you to prepare the classic Italian meringue with a simple, quick and safe procedure.

It can be used as a decoration by flaming, as an essential element of the classic Italian semifreddo, for baked preparations such as traditional cooked meringues or mousses.

Ingredients
Sugar, powdered egg white, maltodextrin, corn starch, dextrose.
May contain: SOY, MILK, ALMONDS, HAZELNUTS, WALNUTS, CASHEWS, PISTACHIOS.

Indicative dose of use and instructions for use
150g of product per 100g of water.

Disperse ALBUMIX in hot water and whip in a planetary mixer at maximum speed for about 5-6 minutes.
