It is a ready-to-use spreadable cream of the highest Italian quality, with a delicate taste, a soft consistency and ideal for all uses of filling, decoration, for filling croissants and desserts of all kinds, for covering, etc; also excellent in the culinary field!
It is also suitable for all applications requiring high cooking resistance. When frozen, our chocolate cream retains its characteristics unchanged.
Furthermore, Chocolate Cream is excellent for use as a flavoring for custards and cream and in the preparation of semifreddos, mousses and bavarois.

Ingredients: Sugar, chocolate (30%) (fat-reduced cocoa, sugar, cocoa butter), sunflower oil, HAZELNUTS, Whole MILK powder, emulsifier lecithin (SOYA), flavourings. The product may contain traces of other nuts.
