Stracciatella for Ice Cream is characterized by its dark cocoa flavour. It is used to prepare the traditional "Stracciatella" flavor and also to "tear" other flavors and garnish ice cream cakes and various types of semifreddos.
Natural product, gluten-free and also suitable for vegans.
Suitable for domestic and professional use, Made in Italy.
Appearance: Semi-solid chocolate-colored paste with an intense cocoa scent.
Ingredients: Refined vegetable fats (coconut), sugar, low-fat cocoa, emulsifier: lecithins (soya), natural flavourings. May contain traces of: pecans, milk, eggs, almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, cashews, pistachios, peanuts.
How to use: The product is used in variable doses depending on needs. To "tear" an ice cream we recommend using a dose of approximately 100-120 g per liter of base mix. Mix well before use. Dissolve the necessary quantity, in a bain-marie, at a temperature not exceeding 35-40°C.
Storage: The product must be stored in its original packaging, in a cool, dry place.
