Instant Strawberry Ice Cream is a ready-to-use powdered preparation with a high content of sliced and sliced strawberries and a bright, natural colour.

It is a semi-finished powder, ready to use, which is characterized by its good content of chopped strawberries. It is without milk derivatives, without hydrogenated vegetable fats, and gives the ice cream an intense strawberry flavour.

Sugar, glucose syrup, dextrose, refined vegetable fats (coconut), freeze-dried strawberry, vegetable fiber (oligofructose), stabilizers: E464, E417, modified starch; beetroot extract, acidifier: citric acid; emulsifiers: E472b, E477; black carrot extract, flavourings, vegetable proteins (SOYA), saffron extract, colouring: beta-carotene. May contain: MILK, EGGS, ALMONDS, HAZELNUTS, WALNUTS, CASHEWS, PISTACHIOS.
Indicative dose of use and instructions for use.
450-500 gr per litre of water.
Cold processing: we recommend letting the mixture mature for at least 30 minutes, or using very hot water.
The ice cream can be customized by replacing part of the water (e.g. 10/20 g per litre) with lemon juice, to accentuate its tartness and with the addition of fresh or frozen strawberries (e.g. 100-150 g per litre) replacing the same quantity of water.
Conservation.
The product must be stored in the original sealed container and in a cool, dry place.
